The Route 

The drive from Seward to Homer is an easy, three-hour commute along the Kenai Peninsula. Begin your trip by heading west through Southcentral Alaska to Soldotna, then begin traveling south along Cook Inlet until you reach the Homer Baycrest Overlook. Here, you can take in beautiful, panoramic views of Kachemak Bay with its backdrop of glaciers and mountains. What to Pack
