What should I Wear When I go Sea Kayaking?

Always dress warm and always bring protection from the sun! Sunlight reflects off the water, and if you are out for long enough, you will get sunburnt! Put on a layer of sunscreen, bring sunglasses, and make sure to dress in layers of non-cotton material! Cotton easily absorbs water and can put you at risk for hypothermia.
