4th of July Parade in Homer
We welcome visitors to join our local community during the 4th of July Parade! This annual event in Homer takes place in Old Town Homer each Independence Day. Watch as themed floats make their way down Pioneer Avenue. Local business owners, civic, and non-profit organizations can register a float to participate. The floats are judged during the parade and the winners receive “Homer Bucks” to shop at small local businesses around town. It’s a fun way to celebrate the holiday and give back to the local community!
