This way, you’ll have the rest of the day to enjoy all the sites. Upon descent, look out your window for incredible views of the Kachemak Bay!

Homer Airport – HOM | 3 mi

The Homer Airport is the most convenient airport to fly into if you’re visiting Homer, AK. This small, local airport is just 3 miles from the heart of the Homer Spit and just over 5 minutes away from the Driftwood Inn. Once you’ve arrived, you can rent a car or arrange ground transportation with one of the following:

Kenai Municipal Airport – ENA | 80 mi

The Kenai Airport is an excellent option for people who want a short scenic drive along the coast. With two airlines, Ravn Alaska and Grant Aviation, Kenai is a great option!

Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport – ANC | 220 mi

ANC is the largest and most heavily trafficked airport in Alaska. With over 14 domestic and international airlines, ANC is the best bet for most travelers. From there, you can get a connecting flight to Homer Airport or get a rental car and drive to the Homer Spit. It’s about a five-hour scenic drive.
