Rooms & RV sites: Check in is 4pm & check out is 11am.
There is a cancellation processing fee is 10% of your deposit per room or rv site anytime that you cancel prior to our 72 hour standard policy and/or our 60 day group or lodge policy.
Your credit card will be charged for the first night of each room or RV site, at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is collected 3 days prior to initial check-in unless you have booked the NON-REFUNDABLE rate in which case a 100% deposit is taken.
Our cancellation policy does not apply if you have purchased Travel Protection or the Non-Refundable Rate.
Rates based on 4 occupants per RV site; a fee of $2.50 will be charged for each additional person (does not apply to rooms)
Rates are subject to change and do not include the local 7.85% sales tax.
No smoking/vaping of any kind is allowed on the property.

3 night min is required for Lodges during the summer; however on occasion there may be one night availability.
We have a limited number of pet rooms, all pets must be declared at the time of reservation.
There will be a $250 fee for pets that are authorized but left unattended in the room.
Unauthorized smoking and pets will be charged a minimum of $250.00, any other damages are charged at cost plus 10%.
No Show/No Call: Full payment is collected.
In the event of a pandemic, government shut-down or major events beyond our control, credit vouchers will be issued instead of refunds.

You must give 30 days notice or more to receive a full refund of your deposit less 10%.
