Our Policies
- Rates are subject to change.
- Rates do not include the local 7.85% sales tax.
- Your credit card will be charged for the first night at the time of reservation to guarantee your reservation.
- Rooms and indoor common areas are all smoke free.
- Cancellations are charged a processing fee of 10% per reservation.
- Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit unless we are able to resell.
