Rates are based on 4 occupants per RV site; a fee of $2.50 will be charged for each additional person.
 LONG TERM RATES --- For more than 2 months consecutively only:
May & Sept:   $600/month or $32 per day
 Oct-April:        $525/month plus electricity
 All prices are subject to change.  Rates do not include general sales tax.

Sites are 20 feet wide and 40 feet deep.

  • #3 - #11 are ‘drive in’ for motor homes (although trailers are permitted) to maximize the view of Kachemak Bay.
     

  • #1, #2, and #12-#22 are ‘back in’ sites, for trailers.

The park is located in town, above Bishop’s Beach, one block from the Homer Visitor’s Center and Chamber of Commerce.
