This spacious modern home with a view is perfect for extended-stay families or relocations. It offers 4 bedrooms including a master with a king size bed, one with 2 twins and a twin trundle, one with a crib and another with a twin and a queen. There is also a sitting area with a twin pullout and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Large families will be right at home here.
Situated just 2 miles off the New Seward Highway in Anchorage on the lower hillside, it features a beautiful view and is conveniently located 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the zoo, and 10-15 minutes from shopping and dining.
$400 a night with a 3 nights minimum stay 50% of total for a deposit to guarantee the rental. A $500 damage deposit is required. Should your plans change, you must give 14 days notice for a full refund of your deposit to be considered. If something unforeseen comes up and you fail to cancel in the allotted time period we will make every attempt to re-rent. If we are able to re-rent the house, you will receive a refund less a 5% processing fee.
